3496434 - Post-Refresh Issues - Internal Career Site Powered by CSB - Recruiting Marketing

• Test instance users are being redirected to an incorrect instance when applying from the Internal Career Site Post-Refresh.
• Internal candidates are being redirected to Production when clicking on "Apply Now".
• Internal candidates are being redirected to RCM careers page instead of RMK site.

Scenario 1

1. Go to the Careers page as an employee/internal candidate.
2. Select a job.
3. Click on the "Apply Now" button.
4. The candidate profile in Production environment is displayed.

Scenario 2

1. Go to the Careers page as an employee/internal candidate.
2. Instead of the RMK site, the RCM careers page is opened.

The configuration in 'Manage Service Provider Configuration for Identity Authentication Service (IAS)' (Previously named 'Career Site Identity Provider (IDP) Configuration') has been overwritten by the configuration in the source instance.

• If the feature is not configured in the source instance, internal candidates will be redirected to RCM careers page instead of RMK site.
• If the feature is configured in the source instance, internal candidates will be redirected to the RMK site that is configured in the source instance.

After an instance refresh, it is required to manually restore the configuration for 'Internal Career Site Powered by Career Site Builder' in the target instance.

Firstly, check if there is any configuration in Admin Center -> Manage Service Provider Configuration for Identity Authentication Service (IAS). 

If the configuration exists, follow Steps 1 to 3. If the configuration does not exist, follow Step 2 to 3.

Step 1

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Data
2. In the 1st dropdown, select 'Recruiting Career Single Sign-On Configuration'
3. In the 2nd dropdown, select the existing record
4. Select Take Action -> Permanently Delete Entry

Step 2

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Service Provider Configuration for Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
2. Switch 'SAML Integration' to ON
3. Enter 'Tenant Name' 
   • This is the SAML issuer configured in Provisioning -> Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings.
   • The format is "[tenantID].accounts.ondemand.com" (Do not include https://).
       
4. Click the Save button

Step 3

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting Sites
2. Select 'Enable Internal Career Site powered by Career Site Builder'
