3496466 - Error in Resetting Transaction Data in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• An error occurs when attempting to reset transaction data using the APP in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• The error message displayed is "An error occurred. Please create an incident on component FI."

1. Open the app "Schedule Accounting Data Changes" with the template "Reset Transaction Data".
2. Select a company code, and perform a run or test run.
3. The error message "An error occurred. Please create an incident on component FI." is displayed.

Possible root causes for the job failure are
Error Message no. AC326- "Company code * is not in test mode"  or Error Message no. AA595- "Company code  locked against changes"

• For the error "Company code * is not in test mode" (Message no. AC326), the status of company code * should be changed to "For Testing" using the app "Make Company Code Settings - Asset Accounting-Specific"(App ID: F7312).
• For the error "Company code  locked against changes"(Message no. AAA595), unblock the company code using app "Make Company Code Settings - Asset Accounting-Specific"(App ID: F7312).
  After this change, the Reset Transaction Data operation can be attempted again using the app "Schedule Accounting Data Changes".
