Symptom
It appears the previously set modelling notations in our workspace used for modeling New Processes in SAP Signavio Editor are no longer available or not appearing as default modelling language in our workspace.
Resolution
To check if notation subsets used for business process modelling may have been perhaps unintentionally selected/ deselected in the workspace, refer to the below steps:
1. Log into SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub
2. Click on the dotted icon on the right hand side of the screen and select Process Manager option
1. When in Process Explorer navigate to the Setup button on the right hand side of the screen (the cogwheel icon)
2. Click on Define notations/attributes
3. Select Modelling language
4. Click on the Business Process Diagram BPMN 2.0
5. Click on the arrow in front of the BPMN 2.0 modelling language and untick all the notation subsets that are not required for modelling within the workspace.
6. If you would like to use only the default organizational modelling subset that may have been previously preselected, please keep only this subset ticked as the default modelling option for the process modellers to use when creating a New Process in SAP Signavio Process Manager (Editor).
