3496565 - Error: The user doesn't have permission to EVerifyData - Onboarding

The error states "The user doesn't have permission to EVerifyData" when trying to manually create/submit an e-verify case for a new hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Create E-Verify Case
2. Enter name of user needing case created
3. Click Submit
4. Go through the e-verify prompts
5. When trying to submit the actual case, error is received "The user doesn't have permission to EVerifyData"

Missing Permissions

Enable the following permissions for this user.

• Compliance Object Permissions -> E-Verify Data (Edit)
• Compliance Object Permissions -> E-Verify Data.caseStatusDetails (E-Verify Case Status Details) (Correct)

EVerifyData, EVerifyCaseStatusDetails, Onboarding, E-Verify , KBA , LOD-SF-OBX-EVF , Everify , Problem
