3496573 - Cannot load data from SAP S/4 HANA to Process Intelligence as the table is not found

Symptom

We cannot load any data from our SAP S/4 HANA instance to Process Intelligence. In the "extractor.log" I can find the following error messages:

message=ExtractionJob failed
| source-system: SAPHANA
| cause:
    insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid '<ID>'

java.sql.SQLException
          A table could not be found that matches <table name>

Resolution
