3496579 - Custom Task assigned to candidates doesnt trigger completion email when completed - Onboarding

Custom Task Completion email notification is not triggered if the assignee of the custom task is the candidates of Onboarding/Offboarding/Crossboarding/Internal hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Assign custom task to Onboardee
2. Login as Onboardee and complete the custom task
3. The Custom task completion email is not sent

System limitation

Currently it is the system limitation that if the candidates of Onboarding/Offboarding/Crossboarding/Internal hire is the assignee of the custom task, Custom Task Completion email notification will not be triggered.
