3496608 - BL207 - Log not found (in main memory) error message while creating/adding GOS attachments

Symptom

  • After entering data in initial screen of transaction VA01, it is not possible to create an attachment
  • It is not possible to add attachments on the credit memo requests
  • When using GOS attachments function in VA41, error BL207 occurs. After pressing enter, the process terminates and directly routes back to SAP GUI homepage
  • Same error might occur in VA32 with scheduling agreements
