Symptom

  • Using IDOC to create BP with customer/vendor role, BP get created but customer/vendor does not get created
  • When DEBMAS idoc is processed with single contact person then it processes without any issues. But when there are more that 1 contact person then there is synchronization error.
  • The synchronization error is below:

    Customer &: Specify name of contact person

    Message no. CMD_API069
