3497071 - Cannot Submit request in Request Profit Center/Cost Center App for MDG on Fiori

You're using Request Profit Center/Cost Center App to create Lean MDG change requests. After inputting all mandatory fields with proper value, you cannot submit the request. And from backend log in SAP GUI transaction /n/iwfnd/error_log, you detected the error: An exception was raised. An exception with the type CX_USMD_GOV_API was raised, but not handled locally or declared in a Raising clause.
