3497085 - PY-NZ: leave quota balance from leave liability report and PT50 are inconsistent.

Symptom

There is a discrepancy in the leave quota balance between the PT50 and NZ leave liability report (program HNZLLVL0, transaction code PC00_M43_LLVL) for the same time period.

For example, when running PT50 for the period 01.04.2024 - 30.04.2024, the displayed remaining quota balance is 71.

Check IT2006 to verify the remaining quota balance, it is also 71 (213.5 - 142.5 = 71).

But if run the NZ leave liability report for the same employee and period, the remaining quota balance is 131.
