3497091 - Dumps or Warnings/Errors/Inactive objects when transporting note 2758146

Symptom

When transporting the note 2758146, it fails, and the transport logs show the following syntax errors:

Program SAPLTMW_CTS_SWITCHES, Include LTMW_CTS_SWITCHESU14: Syntax error in line 000066
The FORM 'CHECK_DVM' does not exist.

Program RC_VALUE_DISCOVERY_COLL_DATA: Syntax error in line 000004
INCLUDE report 'TMW_RC_DOWNLOAD_TOP' not found.

...

Ended with return code: ===> 8 <===

In SNOTE, the status is Completely Implemented.

After double-checking the SAP Note (Ctrl+F4) in the SNOTE transaction, the status changes to Incompletely Implemented, but the logs of note 2758146 show that it was Completely Implemented.
