When a material is planned with MRP type X0, MRP will only trigger the BOM explosion and lead time scheduling for the planned orders created by external systems.
Therefore, it is expected such planned orders are not deleted. However, MRP run still deleted unfixed planned orders generated by IBP, which materials use MRP type X0.
