3497166 - How to check the bgRFC locks in SM12

Symptom

To make sure the bgRFC scheduler is working, this requires locks exists in SM12:
BGRFC_I_SERVER_REGISTRATION
BGRFC_O_SERVER_REGISTRATION

When use SM12 to check the locks, some criteria will impact the search result.
