3497223 - Group Shares with more than 3 Decimal places is not allowed to be posted in Fiori App "Post Group Journal Entries"

Symptom

When trying to perform posting (any Document Type) on an Item assigned(post group journal entries) to have Unit of Measure = PRC, an error appears when more than 3 decimals are entered. The error message is "Enter a number with a maximum of 3 decimal places. Quantity".
But the backend setting is 8 decimal places for this field.
