3497389 - SAP IBP: "An exception was raised" when Opening Change History with 2402.3 IBP Add-in

Symptom

The following error is displayed when opening change history from a planning view template that has totals and periods:

An exception was raised

Report error ID <ID> to the system administrator

After inserting the above Log Handle ID into the Application Logs App via WebUI, the following exception can be found:

Exception 1: /IBP/CX_XLSAD_PLANNING in /IBP/CL_XLSAD_API_HISTORY -> CREATE_CHANGE_TABLE #500 (/IBP/CL_XLSAD_API_HISTORY=====CM006)

Environment

2402.3 version of the SAP IBP Add-in for Microsoft Excel is installed.
