Symptom

After Usage Decision posting, there is a stuck WMQF* queue in SMQ2 with error "Product &1, batch &2 has the status 'not released' Message no. /SCWM/BATCH045". Therefore, the quality inspection reference is not removed from the stock, and posting change and follow-up action warehouse tasks are not created (if customized so).
