Symptom

After upgrade Data Services to 4.3 JOB Execution failed error:
-DF_JOB_SUMMARY/Query_JOB_SUMMARY_INFO, PROCEED, 0, 0.000, 31.425, 0.000, 0.201, 0:5
@CON-120307, ERROR, 0, 0.000, 211.817, 0.000, 0.000, 0:0, 0.000, 0, CON-120307: |Data flow DF_JOB_SUMMARY: ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> to connect database <EFDSR> failed with error: <[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL30081N  A communication error has been detected. Communication protocol being used: "SSL".  Communication API being used: "SOCKETS".  Location where the error was detected: "".  Communication function detecting the error: "sqlccSSLSocketSetup".  Protocol specific error code(s): "420", "*", "*".  SQLSTATE=08001 >. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still exists after selecting the correct version of the driver, notify Customer Support.
