Symptom

One of the following error messages is displayed when updating an IBP template to the server:

  • Your template couldn't be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, save your file locally and contact your administrator.
  • Your favorite couldn't be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, save your file locally and contact your administrator.
