3497647 - All Onboarding Tasks have been Completed but the Candidate will not Appear in the Onboarding Dashboard’s “Completed” List - Onboarding

Symptom

The Onboarding Dashboard has a "Process Status" switch that can be switched from "Open" to "Completed". Why can't a candidate be searched in the "Completed" state even after all tasks have been completed?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to onboarding dashboard 
  2. Toggle switch Process Status - Completed and click Go
  3. No one appears even though their tasks had all been completed

Cause

The candidate will only appear under the "Completed" category if the "Process Status" in the candidate's ONB2Process object shows "Completed".

Resolution

How to confirm:

  1. Go to "Manage Data" > "Process" > Search the user id
  2. Find "Process Status" field> see if it is "Completed"
