Symptom
When creating a Survey it is desired to have a question with an automatic answer so users don't have to respond it.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- Go to the Survey > Design facet;
- Click on add button to create the question or select an existing one;
- Select Type as "Text" and enter your question;
- Below in 'Default Answer' field enter the desired automatic answer to show in the Survey.
This way the question will be considered already answered by the system. Users can also write more details on the answer field, or just leave it with the default message.
This works for any type of Survey.
