• Data migration is attempted using the Data Migration App and/or transaction LTMC.
• For the affected system a system refresh (or system copy) has recently taken place.
• The "Preparation" stage of the migration fails with the following error:
  "System error during the preparation of the data transfer"
• A dump is observed in the backend:
  "CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND"
