Symptom

After a recent system upgrade, OR upon implementation of SAP Note 3257531 
It was noticed that had began receiving short dumps in the ABAP program SAPLCRM_BUPA_MWX_BDOC_INBOUND, Runtime Errors GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED.

What happened?
Error in the ABAP application program. The current ABAP program "SAPLCRM_BUPA_MWX_BDOC_INBOUND" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.

Information on where terminated
The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
"SAPLCRM_BUPA_MWX_BDOC_INBOUND", in "CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_REL_AXT". 

In the source code, the termination point is in line 132 of  program or include "LCRM_BUPA_MWX_BDOC_INBOUNDU04".
