3497752 - Get error message "500 No authorization to call the transaction QP01" in Create Inspection Plan app

You want to create an inspection plan in Create Inspection Plan app, when you open the app, you get the error message "500 No authorization to call the transaction. Start of transaction failed (rc=2)".

The business catalog of Create Inspection Plan app is SAP_QM_BC_INSP_PLANNING_PC. Although it has been assigned to the business role, there is a restriction on the write authorization set, so the user can only display the inspection plan but not create/change it. 
To verify this, please check whether the same user can use Display Inspection plan app normally.

If you want to create an inspection plan, please do not set a restriction on the write authorization on the business role.
