3497755 - Customer projects are excluded from Actual Settlement in the app "Schedule Overhead Accounting jobs" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When using template “Actual Settlement: Projects (SAP)” in app "Schedule Overhead Accounting jobs", even 'Project Definition' is set to include customer projects, the system is designed to exclude them from processing.
