3497947 - Setting Root Key Backup Password & Generating Root Keys & Enabling Encryption Fails With "replication error" In System Replication Landscape

• In system replication landscape, when setting root key backup password on primary following Set the Root Key Backup Password, you get this error:
  
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending root key backup password to secondary failed
  
  
• In system replication landscape, when creating new root keys on primary following Generate New Root Keys, you get this error:
  
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending Persistence root key to secondary failed:
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending Redo log root key to secondary failed:
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending Backup root key to secondary failed:
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending DPAPI root key to secondary failed:
  
  
• In system replication landscape, when enabling encryption for persistence, log, and backup following Enable Encryption, you get this error:
  
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [512]: replication error: Sending Encryption state to secondary failed
  
  
• At the timing of the above errors, you see the following error messages in nameserver/indexserver traces:
  
  yy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss e Crypto           NameServerInfo.cpp(00438) : Sending root key to secondary failed. Reason: Writing to SSFS failed; failed to write root key to disk on site '<site_name>' (reason: Sending root key to secondary failed. Reason: internal error)
