3497988 - Absence Cancellation Identifier in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• In the Time Management module of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, when a leave request is cancelled, the identifier of the individual who cancelled the leave is not visible in the User Interface (UI).
• The status of the leave request shows as cancelled, but the person who executed the cancellation is not displayed.

Team Absence Calendar/ Workbench/ ESS UI's in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Cancel a leave request in the Time Management module.
2. Check the status of the leave request, it shows as cancelled.
3. Not possible to identify who cancelled the leave request.

The functionality to display the identifier of the individual who cancelled a leave request is missing from the User Interface (UI) of the Time Management module in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

To identify who cancelled an absence, follow these steps:
1. Obtain the External Code of the Absence. Refer to SAP for Me article 2680786 - External Code of an Employee Time / Leave Request
2. Navigate to Manage data.
3. Search for the Employee Time using the External Code.
4. Check who last modified it. The person who last modified it is the one who cancelled the absence.
