Approvers outside of the approver groups defines in the "Hierarchies for the Approval Process of Documented Credit Decisions" can release documented credit decisions.

Overruling the Defined Approval Process
A super user can overrule the defined approval process in SAP Credit Management. This might be necessary if a processor is sick or on vacation, or if a credit decision has to be taken quickly.
