3498033 - Unable to Notify Integration Server affected by Data Changes

Symptom

SAP PO system is working with "Advanced Adapter Engine Extended (AEX)", and the user is unable to execute the CPA cache refresh (Delta/Full) and also while clearing the cache in the integration builder it is failing with the below error.

Error: "Unable to Notify Integration Server affected by Data Changes"
