Symptom

  • The option for Manual Fulfillment is greyed out, in OCM in S4HANA 1909 Onwards
  • Manual tasks such as edit performance obligations, perform price allocation, or perform a contract combination cannot be performed in RAR webdynpro application.

As a result, some objects such as fields, columns, or buttons are hidden for revenue contracts that are created using the optimized contract management (OCM).
