3498079 - Error VK104 "Condition record with same key is already being processed" in transaction MEK2 - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

In MEK2, below error raised when attempting to create a new entry for the condition type (say SSCL) where an identical combination already exists:
VK104 "Condition record with same key is already being processed. See long text." appears. 

The requirement is to create a new record with the same key but with a different UOM.
