Symptom

  • Notification, like below has been sent regarding HANA instance End of Maintenance is due soon:
    • "Maintenance for the current version will expire soon
      The current QRC version of this instance will be out of maintenance soon and will not receive new patches after <date>.

      SAP recommends that you upgrade the instance now.

      If you do not upgrade in advance, then SAP will force-upgrade the instance during a maintenance window.
      This can disrupt availability for up to an hour."

        
       

  • You are interested when the forced upgrade of the instance will happen.
