3498179 - Unable to assign the alerts to team members

Symptom

  • Not able to assign alerts to team members
  • Manager unable to assign alerts to team

Environment

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into PCC
  2. Open Payroll Process
  3. Click on Monitoring Step
  4.  Click on team and try to assign to team members

Cause

Standard Process

Resolution

  1. The Assigning person/Manager should be an Admin
  2. Click on on the Monitoring Step of the Process.
  3. Click on Start All option on the bottonm of the page:

  4. Click on ok as on below screen:

  5. Go to 'My Teams ' tab on the top of PCC Screen
  6. Below Screen wil Appear:

  7. Click on Default Team Tile
  8. Below Screen will appear:

  9. Click on the read bar to navigate to the alerts
  10. Below Screen will appear, click on the button on the left bottom corner and assign the alerts to team members:
