Symptom
- Not able to assign alerts to team members
- Manager unable to assign alerts to team
Environment
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP
- SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA
Reproducing the Issue
- Login into PCC
- Open Payroll Process
- Click on Monitoring Step
- Click on team and try to assign to team members
Cause
Standard Process
Resolution
- The Assigning person/Manager should be an Admin
- Click on on the Monitoring Step of the Process.
- Click on Start All option on the bottonm of the page:
- Click on ok as on below screen:
- Go to 'My Teams ' tab on the top of PCC Screen
- Below Screen wil Appear:
- Click on Default Team Tile
- Below Screen will appear:
- Click on the read bar to navigate to the alerts
- Below Screen will appear, click on the button on the left bottom corner and assign the alerts to team members:
