3498242 - 'Listener call failed to InAQMgrStartupAction' error when creating Live Model in SAC

Symptom

When trying to create Live Model in SAC, an error occurs:

'IOLayer Error: Error [IOLayer]: (#50) Listener call failed to InAQMgrStartupAction | Reason: o.setValueLength is not a function'

Additionally, query which Model is built on has two variable with same technical name (this can happen when theses variable are of different type - one is DimensionMemberVariable and one is SimpleTypeVariable)
