Do Recruiting emails have any character or size limits for the Email Subject, Email Body and Attachments?

There is no character or size limit for Email Subject, Email Body and Attachments from Recruiting Management module.

Limitations in other layers:

1. Based on the limitation imposed at SMTP, the whole email message, including attachment, should be less than 20MB.

2. When creating Online Offers with DocuSign eSignature, there is a character limit in the subject line on DocuSign side. The original offer letter subject in SuccessFactors must below 88 characters.

3. The max file size of each attachment follows the configuration in 'Company System and Logo Settings'.
