3498306 - Unable to Search Tags on Attachments in the Library Workcenter of C4C

Symptom

Searching with respective tags in the library work center in C4C results in no data.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open C4C Library Work Center.
  2. Open any Library.
  3. Click on Tag icon (Add Tag).
  4. Add a Tag and then click on it (this will redirect to enterprise search).
  5. Select Library in all categories dropdown.
  6. Notice that no data appears (Search does not work).  

Cause

Currently Tag search feature is not supported for library documents.

Resolution

This is a limitation with the system.
