3498391 - PR with status 'follow on document created' can still be changed

App My Purchase Requisitions - New allows Purchase Requisitions with a follow on document created to be edited.

Editing the PR with a follow on document created was not supported in SSP PR applications. This is a new feature that was introduced in the new app My Purchase Requisitions -New which allows user to edit such PRs.

To prevent editing the follow on document created PRs, the CHECK BADI "MM_PUR_S4_PR_CHECK" can be implemented and introduce an error by checking the field "PROCESSINGSTATUS".
