3498395 - Warning "At least one value was pasted to a cell with a different currency, without being converted. You might want to double check the results" during copy pasting cell values in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following warning is shown when you copy and paste cell values in a table in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• At least one value was pasted to a cell with a different currency, without being converted. You might want to double check the results.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

When copying and pasting cell values,

• for booked cells, SAC directly uses the currency information from the cell, e.g. USD. This warning is only shown if the currencies of the source cell and the target cell actually differ.
• for unbooked cells, SAC needs to determine the currency information from the version and from the measure. As currency conversion is too complex to validate all cases at the front-end, this might not always work, e.g., for Currency = "From Dimension" or other special currency settings.
  SAC shows the warning message "At least one value was pasted to a cell with a different currency, without being converted. You might want to double check the results." in cases when the currency information is not successfully determined for the unbooked cell.

The reason of this warning is explained in the Cause session. Please double check the results to see if they are as expected or not. If yes, you can ignore the warning and proceed with the pasting and/or publishing.
