Cause

X (formerly Twitter) have changed their licensing terms and as a result it prevents the use of API license keys within external systems like SAP.

Resolution

SAP is discontinuing support for X (formerly Twitter) integration with SAP Service Cloud by October 31, 2024 and existing integrations will stop working by that date.

We do not plan to fix this issue for new integration scenarios.
