3498583 - New hire / Internal hire cannot see the onboarding tasks in Your Onboarding Checklist - Onboarding

New hire / Internal hire cannot see onboarding task from the left pane of ''Your Onboarding Checklist'', however, they can access the onboarding/crossboarding task page from the to-do icon at the top right corner of the home page.

1. Login as a new hire / internal hire;

2. Click on the ''Your Onboarding Checklist'' card;

3. There aren't any onboarding/crossboarding tasks in the left pane of ''Your Onboarding Checklist''.

The New hire/internal hire permission role is missing in Role-Based Permission.

Please grant the permissions below to the new hire/internal hire's permission role:

• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions > Process User Task (View and Edit).
• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions > New Hire Task Summary (View and Edit).

• Onboarding on the Home Page
• Role-Based Permissions for New Hires as External Users
