3498667 - Truncate table empty partition very slow when archiving data using NLS , Holding dump transactions SAP ASE

• SAP BW on ASE during the archive job using NLS during the truncate partition takes long time.
• Truncating empty partitions are running for hours holding dump transactions as well.
• When checking with sp_help the offending table it is showing indexes that are global.
