We have a Value Chain diagram which contains link to different process maps. When viewed in Collaboration Hub, certain process maps don't work when clicked on, why?
Resolution
This could be a result of shapes being on top of each other in your diagram. Open the Value Chain diagram in Editor, select element(s), and click button, 'Bring to Front'. Save diagram, and test.
