When accessing Rating History in Center of Capabilities or Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, performance form templates are missing.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Reproducing the Issue
- Access Customer Instance
- Navigate into Manage Talent Intelligence Hub then into Rating History
- The 360 form impacted is missing but not all are missing.
Cause
Data issues when fetching performance management data.
Resolution
The MTR (360 Reviews team) will add an enhancement to support the 360 type form templates to the sync templates mechanism.
This is tentatively planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).

Workaround
Since the feature is showing the rating history of 360 review forms in GP, it is possible to use the newly added 360 reviews form template as a workaround.
