3498697 - Test odata service with transaction /n/iwfnd/gw_client gives 401 response code

• Gateway test gives 401 error 
• Issue can arise IF system previously had logon ticket decoupled so that the system used the SSF Logon Ticket PSE seen in tranaction STRUST but this 
  was reversed back to use the System PSE
• Such a configuration is explained in note 2420548 - Change Hash algorithm for SAP tickets and decouple them from System PSE
• The solution here ONLY applies if the configuration of note 2420548 was implemented and then reversed incompletely
