3498811 - Error "Wrong passcode" appears when trying to log on to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) as custom IdP with Two-Factor Authentication enabled

• Error "Wrong passcode" appears when trying to log on to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) as custom IdP with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
  

• SAP Analytics Cloud, Enterprise Edition
• SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS)

1. Access your SAC tenant using SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) as custom IdP with Two-Factor Authentication enabled.
2. Enter username and password in IAS Logon page.
3. Enter Passcode for Two-Factor Authentication.
   => Error "Wrong passcode: enter the passcode again".

• You may enter passcode for another IAS domain or another IAS user in same domain..
• You may have erased by mistake the token from the authenticator application on your mobile device.
• You may have removed the authenticator application on your mobile device.
• You may have lost your mobile device.

• Please verify if you are using passcode for the correct IAS and user.
  => Note that in authenticator application on your mobile device, you may have added multiple accounts for different IdP or different users.
• In the case that you cannot get correct passcode from authenticator application on your mobile device, please ask your IAS admin to deactivate your mobile devices from the administration console for SAP Cloud Identity Services as per IAS help. After that, you could activate a new mobile device on the user profile page.
