3498864 - User able to edit/view a project though the access is maintained as 'Restricted' or 'No Access'

User able to edit/view a project in the app 'Project Control' though access is maintained as 'No access' or 'Restricted' in the role.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open a project from the app 'Project Control - Enterprise Projects'.
2. Click on edit to edit a project/ the project that is restricted to the user is visible.

Standard behaviour

If the user is the project financial controller or the project manager of that project, then the user can edit/view the project even though the access is maintained as 'No Access' or 'Restricted'.

The restrictions does not apply to the roles 'Project Manager' and 'Project Financial Controller' of the project.

If the user is assigned the role 'Project Steering committee member' of the project, then the user can only read the project.

Note: It will not be possible to edit an existing project where the user is not the project financial controller of that project.
