3498873 - Global Information fields display during Hire/Rehire scenarios - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

While hiring or rehiring the user/employee, adding more than one country specific global information and proceed, the display of country specific fields are incorrect in View mode. Display of first country shows correct fields and data whereas system copies same fields for another country though it does not belong to that country.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Add New Employee.
2. Choose Rehire with New Employment/Rehire employee for any terminated employee via Match.
3. You can see the global information from previous employment will be defaulted if configured in from hire/rehire object OR you can add the same now. For example: USA and update few fields.
4. Click "Add" in global information section to add another country, for example: CHN.
5. Fill in the few fields and proceed/continue.
6. Now scroll back or try to view global info again.
7. Notice that along with country specific fields which you filled for newly added country: CHN, you will see system is showing fields of existing global info of USA, which is incorrect.

This has been identified as an inconsistency, but without a fix plan due to technical limitations. 

Please note:

This is only an issue in viewing or display of the global info fields. When you click on edit icon or save the hire/rehire, system will show the actual fields and values of the country as per configuration.
