3498885 - After certain tasks in Data monitor/Consolidation monitor, the task log cannot be displayed and the navigation page shows an error

Symptom

Upon running the task in the Data Monitor App (APP ID: CXCD) or in Consolidation monitor APP(APP ID: CX20), task log can't be displayed successfully due to the navigation to another server.

Or in other scenarios, user click on one button on the GUI window(For instance, button 'Subitem – Max. Selection' on Define Breakdown Categories, intend to navigate to Fiori App - "Define Selections"), but it is not able to navigate to the appropriate Fiori APP accordingly.

Note: The task mentioned here is not just only limited to one type, it may include any tasks in both Data monitor and Consolidation Monitor, such as RUJ, VUJ, CT, Validation of Reported Data, Validation of Standardized data, etc
