3498922 - ABAP system failed to startup due to error ThSetEnqName: 2 enqueue server active

Symptom

After created an image Windows OS by copying an OS where an ABAP system is running on, changed the system SID, hostname and IP address, the new ABAP system fails to startup on the imaged OS.

Environment

SAP Netweaver system with classical CI where enqueue runs in Work Process (enque/process_location = OPTIMIZE)
