3498965 - Process Chain is Not Triggered or Triggered Multiple Times in BW Planning Sequence Using FOX Formula

Symptom

Planning Sequence with FOX Formula (Function Type 0RSPL_FORMULA) calling Function Module e.g. RSPC_API_CHAIN_START or BP_EVENT_RAISE is used to trigger Process Chain.
The expectation is to trigger the Process Chain once.
However the Process Chain is not triggered or triggered multiple times.
