3499035 - KeyStore error on Edge Integration Cell runtime with Status Code 400

Symptom

In Cloud Integration tenant using Edge Integration Cell , the following error is experienced, when trying to add a certificate to the keystore:

"Status Code: 400. Runtime with ID(s) "[XXXXXXXX]" either do not exist or are currently inactive. Please unassign the corresponding runtime(s) from the keystore."
